Providing a platform for women to connect, share experiences, and build professional networks, which can lead to career advancement and collaboration opportunities.
Mentorship
Promoting mentorship programs, where experienced professionals can guide and support newcomers, fostering growth and development within the field.
Upskilling
Hosting workshops, webinars, and training sessions to help women develop the technical and leadership skills.
Addressing Unique Challenges
Challenges: addressing specific challenges faced by women, such as work-life balance and gender bias. This community can provide a supportive environment to address these issues and develop strategies to overcome them.
Our Mentorship Program
While this program is not paid, and operates on a pro-bono basis, the role of a mentor provides an opportunity to give back, empower the next generation of women in open finance, and make a lasting impact on their careers.
Mentors will gain personal fulfillment, expand their professional networks, and enhance their leadership and coaching skills in a supportive community.
Within the limit of our capacity, OpenFinity will cover the cost for each approved mentor to participate in one coaching session with a professional coach
